On Saturday 21st September I will be exhibiting during Somerset Art Weeks until 6th October, every day from 10 am to 5pm. We will be upstairs in the Market House in Castle Cary. Venue 97 with Sarah du Feu, Nicola Clark, Stoney Parsons, Matt Sowter and Philippa Edwards.
Stoney, Nicola, Sarah along with myself will be showing paintings, prints and cards.
Matt and Phillipa will have 3D work from metal fish head lamps to intricate installations.
Below are four paintings I will be showing at the Market House, Castle Cary, considering the general theme of Flux and Flow.

At the end of July I took a short art course in Creative Landscape at Newlyn School of Art. I had a lovely time, messing about in mixed media, using shapes taken from rocky coves and local landscape. I have started to work some up into possible paintings, but still very much work in progress.
During August I had 4 days doing an Art Residency for the Black Swan Arts Centre with Alan Overton in Frome. We had been asked by the gallery, as we had work selected for their annual Open. I continued doing prep for a house portrait, a commission in oil on canvas.
