June, July & August
The Spring months have been full working on items to go to a gift shop in Tavistock – Heather Jane & Co. Small home accessories decorated with tradition fairy story images including trinket boxes and pencil holders.
July saw the Frome Open Art Trail as part of the annual Frome Festival. Lots of artists in and around Frome in 27 venues. https://www.frome-open-art-trail.co.uk/
I exhibited from home with Alison Gilbert, painter, Jade Pinnell, cast glass and Cameron Scott, wood carver. Lots of visitors with many sales for the participating artists. I was the Event Co-ordinator and had a lovely team ensuring a successful event.
Over the last few weeks I have shown paintings at the Ilminster Arts Centre Open Exhibition and the Sherbourne Open Exhibition. I am also continuing to show paintings at the First View Gallery, Stourhead.
Four of my paintings will be shown in the annual Bruton Art Exhibition including Bow Bridge, Blackstone at Kimmeridge Bay and Crossing the Yeo.

Finally – aiming to finish my current painting of Conwy castle before travelling to Devon at the weekend for a day painting outdoors.
